Can I place an order from outside of the USA?

Yes, you can place an order from outside of the USA. However we can only deliver website orders within the USA. If you wish to enquire about a delivery to another country, please contact us with details so we can look into this for you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on package weight and delivery zip code. Please see order checkout for calculated price.

Where is my order?

Our normal delivery times (after processing the order) are:

Free Shipping (where available) 3 business days (Mon-Fri)
Standard Delivery 3 business days (Mon-Fri)

* All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days.

PLEASE NOTE: While we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, we are finding that delivery times may be longer than pre-Covid19 days due to a variety of delivery issues. We would ask if you would please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive before contacting us. Please quote the order number provided on your confirmation email.

What happens if I receive the wrong item or have a question regarding my order?

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, simply contact us and we will send you a pre-paid return label. Send the items you want refunded in their original packaging to:

Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order via the method used at checkout. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

What is your returns policy?

All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and seals in place (where possible) within 30 days of the original order.
